These tools profile people who visit your careers site just once, by analyzing their social media profiles and web presence. They even perform biometric analyses of video interviews to tell whether or not a candidate is lying, and assess the interviewee for the skills and competencies required for a certain position. What’s more, they rank passive candidates by extracting key information from their social media profiles. Kevin Wheeler will offer his insights on the potential advantages of these tools, while also addressing the troubling questions they raise about privacy — questions that HR and talent acquisition leaders simply can’t afford to ignore.
